Can you see the shorebirds?  Their search was extremely successful.  Upon sticking their pointy beaks in the sand at the water's edge, they came up with thin little white worms about an inch long.

Wonder what this shrub is called?  Once I finish y wildflower study, I'll start on shrubs.
